The Mama's Heart Journal is an instant digital download. As soon as you purchase your journal you will be directed to your member's dashboard where you will be able to download your files immediately.

What size is the planner?

The pages are 8.5" 11" and will fit a full-size binder [8.5"x11"].

What will I need to assemble my journal?

Aside from the digital download, you will need a printer to print your planner and a binder. Of course, you can always bind it in a different way (ie., at an office supply store with a coil or use the disc system too.) if you prefer.

How do I put my journal together?

Simply print out the downloaded file, hole punch, and place it in a binder. Or print it double-sided and bind it with coil and front and back covers. If you decide you would like multiples of some of the pages, like Notes, for example, be sure to print extras before you bind it!
